Clean, convenient hotel near Geneva Airport

The hotel is very clean and nice, and offers a convenient shuttle to/from the airport. Just be aware that you must contact the hotel 24+ hours prior to your check in to confirm the shuttle and be sure they know if you have any bigger items (like skis) as they have a few different sizes of vehicle they use. But overall a great price for a good hotel with all the basic amenities you might need for a stay near the airport.

Staff was expecting our late arrival and had everything ready, greeted us cordially by name. Newer motel with American type features and ample parking (consistent with experience with other Novotel properties). A bit hard to locate in farm area, but only 5 minutes from airport.

We were on a bicycle tour. We arrived at the hotel 4 days beforehand. There is a fantastic fresh produce market less than a block away. We found multiple bicycle routes on ride with gps which took us up the mountain to a ski resort, through forests, and to Geneva. Overall a fantastic experience.

Comfortable, convenient and affordable

Approximately 10 minutes drive from the airport. Located accross the street of a smaller shopping canter and som restaurants (italian, indian, McD) Welcoming and friendly staff. Shuttle bus was arranged and on time. Choice of breakfast excellent. Rooms were clean, park-side was quiet. Beds very comfortable. Slept well. Hallway floor carpet needs a face lift.

The front desk is there nice and helpful. However, the bathroom is dirty. The shower has last guests’ snot and boogers in it. The hair dryer is broken. Although the hotel is closed to the airport, it is in France. Airport transportation is very inconvenient.

Nice people and food but needs updating.

The hotel is okay and has a very nice breakfast and dinner buffet. The garden setting is nice but chairs and tables need updating. Pool needs attention. People nice but noone ever answered the phone when I used it. Tub did not seem clean.

It is not a airport hotel, it is actually 15min and 35 swiss franc taxi ride. Though as per the board outside the airport the hotel is suppose to provide a courtesy bus but it only does it if directly requested to the hotel nkt through expedia messaging. Other hotel near Airport like Pratik hotel, Holiday Inn are close and have amazingly quick shuttle service. Though Novotel is just ground and first floor but there are no lifts if you have heavy luggage with you. Location is nice and quite
