"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Any staff we talked to was friendly and helpful. The pool area was fantastic - especially the adult only area and swim up bar (wish there had been a few more options to choose from for drinks) - but this was by far my favorite area during our stay. I didn't get to try the lazy river, but looked relaxing. Dined at one of the restaurants, but I was not very impressed with the food or some of the service from a couple of the wait staff - waitress didn't really check on us and one of the other wait staff ignored customers that were waiting to be seated even though there was plenty of open spaces. Food was bland, a little on the cold side and didn't the bloody Mary I had was not very good - it seemed to be missing something. There were a lot of places on the floor to get a drink - options were limited though. Overall, our stay was good, relaxing and pleasant. We would book here again."

The staff helped make our weekend even more memorable when they accommodated my request to have roses and champagne waiting in our room as a surprise for my wife. She was absolutely delighted. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the amenities were excellent. The exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We look forward to returning in the future."
