"Shame the economy room didn't have a window, since I wanted to hang up some hand-laundry (cyclists will understand). Also the toilet-bidet faucet was broken so I couldn't turn it off fully. It dribbled on and off all night. Didn't stop me sleeping though. All in all it was a fine room; not sure I'd be so happy paying the full price though - it was a discount offer. No breakfast unless I wanted to pay. I didn't think it was worth it."

"The biggest problem was poor of reception, and Wifi did not really work properly. Room was ok, when we checked in, they did not give us the room type that we booked, so we asked them to switch us to Superior room Lake View which we paid for, and they did. That was not proper service, everything else was ok, they did not have toiletries, very noisy outside because of the event, the pool was good."
