"Wonderful traditional Italian bnb. Ideal location to stop off the A1 on the way south. Excellent signs to locate hotel. Very nice owners. Limited English to match our limited Italian, but we got by. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Had a nice pool but we didnt use it on our brief stopover. Enjoyed food from pork festival in Narni close by, recommended by owner"

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. "Very helpful staff. We arrived with bus and found out was very far and uphill to walk. Luckily we called the hotel and they send someone to get us there. If your intention is to visit St. Rita, the hotel was right next to the basilic. That was the best part for us."
