"I completed my reservation, and I was charged the full rate for a sea-view balcony suite. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that all suites were fully booked for the first night and that they could not provide me with one; furthermore, the room they assigned me did not even have a sea view. They promised to switch my room on the second day. On the second day, they did indeed move me, but they assigned me a small, inferior room that was not a suite. We accepted this arrangement and spent the second night there as well. On the third night, while lying in bed, my entire body began to itch. I discovered that there were bugs in the bed—which I documented with photos—went downstairs to show the evidence to the hotel management, and immediately checked out of the hotel. I was explicitly told that my entire payment would be refunded; yet, despite the hotel's unsanitary conditions and the assurance that my money would be returned in full, I received a refund for only a single night."
