Fenwick Island is a beautiful beach town with a wide, clean, and uncrowded beach, that is just steps from this rental. With more than 3500 sq feet, this home with 4 en-suites, two living rooms and an additional private apartment with queen bedroom, full bath, living space and kitchenette) provides ample space for your family to enjoy their time together and still have plenty of privacy. In addition, this home has several decks facing both north and south that are accessible via the living rooms and the bedrooms that have ocean views as well as deck. You're going to love this home with its many amenities! 5th From Beach, 4 From Highway. No smoking.

The property is in great shape and no major issues were incurred. The property sits in the middle of the town of Fenwick Island, almost everything in this area it was walkable, convenient store, restaurants, family attractions, i.e. multiple restaurants, souvenirs stores, miniature golf, arcades, ice cream, go carts and a water park.

We love the two family rooms, game table area, multiple decks and separate dining area that allow family members the freedom to mix and mingle when they want as well as have private solitude when desired. Additionally, the proximity to the beach is fabulous!

Very clean, but sparse kitchen supplies for a large family. Basement apartment was a bit musty, but the owner was at the property cleaning everything inside and out with bleach. Recommend this property overall. Great furniture, decks and porches and eating space.

We are a 1/2 block from the beach , and that is so much easier with little ones. We only had one issue and it was the wash machine it decided to break as we got there , not sure how long it was acting up but when we called the appliance repair man was there the next day. Can’t ask for anything better. Always a treat to stay in this home!!

Plenty of room for our family. Quick walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Would not hesitate to rent again. The only improvement would be to increase the hot water capacity.
