"The Motel's parking lot was in dire need of maintenance.
Inside the room was nice. Dated, but nice. We had a family suite with a kitchen and one queen bed and two twin beds. It also had a nice fenced back yard with a sign saying to clean up after your dog. Which I found confusing since no pets were allowed
The swamp cooler was not working and after some persuasion, someone came and fixed it
The swamp cooler was unable to keep the bedroom with the twin beds cool. My son was unable to sleep due to the heat.
I think switching out the swamp cooler with a window AC or two would solve this problem."
"Place is great! Stunning views, ideal location, clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, all the amenities you could need plus some. Well set up for relaxation."
"It was a wonderful cabin, very clean and had everything we needed. Seating by the river was relaxing. The whole stay was great and loved the snack basket. Will definitely go back again."
Mountain Adobe Home in Jemez Springs, NM Mt. Views "Raven House"
10/10 Excellent
"Raven House was a wonderful base for our family trip to Jemez Springs. The single-floor layout has a great floor plan that worked beautifully for our group of four adults and a toddler — easy to move around with no stairs to worry about. The house has lovely views and a tasteful artistic design that makes it feel special. Super convenient location for exploring Hwy 4 and Valles Caldera. We had a few small issues during our stay, but Christine was incredibly quick to respond every time — she made us feel taken care of. Highly recommend!"
"This cabin was perfect for a couple of days to relax and rest. It was very cozy and comfortable. The views were amazing! I spent hours on the porch swing looking at the mountains and watching the wildlife. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed. Excellent property all around!"
"The hot water to the bathrooms could have been better. It took longer than expected to get hot water to the shower and sink. Otherwise, the place was great and for our purposes was an excellent choice."
