About this property

The Nest on Hutchins Lake

  • Escape to The Nest—an updated, stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront cottage on Hutchins Lake. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the upper and lower decks, spot birds and wildlife, and unwind in the hot tub. Spend sunny afternoons paddle boarding, fishing from the dock, and evenings relaxing by the lakeside fire pit. Walk to Fenn Valley Winery, or take a quick drive to the charming towns of Fennville, Saugatuck, and South Haven.

    After booking is confirmed, guest and host will execute a separate rental agreement. It is a standard contract that is required by my insurance company and shouldn't contain any surprises.

    No parties or events. Minimum age to rent is 27.

Very cute home, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Unfortunately, one of the days of our stay was mostly rainy so we spent the majority of the day at the house enjoying all the great amenities - piano, several board games, yard games, hot tub, paddleboards, etc. Great rural location on the lake, just a short drive to several towns. Communication from the owners was great, prior to arrival they provided a listing of nearby grocery stores, restaurants and attractions. They also checked in throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location.
