Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.

The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

Unbeaten location. As great as all Shangri-La hotels. Friendly staff. Both swimming pools are crystal clean but sometimes a little bit crowded. Some furniture in the room might show wear-and-tear with aging.
