Had some trouble figuring out the shuttle because of communication issues. They will send you a message on expedia and will ask you to reply when you reach but they dont actually respond to any message. Staff was helpful and understanding.

The breakfast is fantastic with 5 star hotel standard. The staff are super helpful. They helped to upgrade our room since we stayed at the hotel for longer time. We had a wonderful experience in general.

This is definitely a 1 start hotel. The pictures are deceiving the customers. Hotel is in a very bad condition as soon as you walk in you know that this is not a 4 start hotel. Hotel is falling apart. Staff is nice at least
