"Loved these: -autoflush toilet -tidy well -interesting robot service to bring over items to us, very efficient -effective hair dryer, convenient toothpaste, disposable shavers, ample shampoo and body soap -quick water dispenser in the lobby -spacious, beautiful view -spare blankets available Not so nice: -no appropriate cot for our 1 year old toddler even though we purposely booked the hotel because it offered a cot. The cot had dangerously low barriers that our toddler could easily climb out of. They offered an alternative of barriers to put next to our bed but this was very flimsy, easy for our toddler to climb over and push off. We could only cosleep as a result, where we needed to constantly had to cling on to our toddler from falling off the bed, which was challenging, since he resists restriction of movement -no lift to go down to the MRT. We had to carry our stroller down 5 flights of stairs each trip to the train station -super cold, no heating system"
