"An amazing property in an amazing location! Will definitely go there again. Newbiggin is a small town with not much going on, but that does mean the whole area is very quiet - we often had the beach to ourselves! This property is a real gem!"

"We loved sitting in the window of this property looking out to sea, the location was excellent with easy access to the prom and beach. Property itself was lovely, well equipped with all the little periphery’s ( kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc. check in and communication with the owner was also seam free. "We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"The room rate was great for the area. Beds were comfortable and overlooked fields of wheat, and views of Bamburgh castle in the distance. Considering the location next to a busy road it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful when a bath mat was requested. Beds were comfortable and the room had all the basics. Bathroom was small but nothing out of the standard for a hotel of this price bracket. I had the cooked veggie breakfast which was tasty and a good sized portion. "
