9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,009 reviews)
This is a nice hotel with a HUGE problem: The underground right under it and the rooms shake from 6:00am to midnight every 30 second of so. I am not sure how higher floors are, but the main floor, room 007, was awful. And, i had asked for a quiet room. It is a shame since the room and the hotel are nice. However, i find it a travesty that the property does not mention this and still uses these rooms in the lobby. Very disappointing, will never stay there.

"Great shower! Beauty rooms were a bust. Overall, noisier--maybe they were herding elephants above us? But also some rumbles were surely the subway beneath-- than we had hoped, and dimmer--too dimly lit-- in common spaces. The room was sufficient, except only bring your closest confidants, the bathroom ..."
