"We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice."

"We loved our stay at this little farm cottage built in the 1700s. So much charm and authenticity! The brand new kitchen had everything we needed. Views of the alps from the windows were breathtaking. The owners live in the attached cottage and speak terrific English. They are extremely helpful. My only recommendation to them is that they perhaps place some slipcovers over the two sofas in the living room of the cottage since they are a little musty and dusty. We loved the village of Rofels and...

From the woodstove to the great sound system to relax to. Also walk to some local wineries to pick up a few wines. Raffi was a great host and was always available. Such a unique home. Schöne neue Sauna. Die ganze Wohnung kleiner als erwartet und im 2. Badezimmer Dusche kaputt. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."
