"My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. It’s in a very remote location so we would definitely recommend anyone staying here has a vehicle! The property is expansive with gardens and grapevines. Rita, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The 2 nights we stayed she cooked us delicious & authentic homemade meals, complete with wine that is bottled on the property. "All good, the only issue has been a misunderstanding (I guess) with the owner: we asked space for a third guedt and separate beds, and we paid the difference accordingly. A third bed was not arranged thoug; instead we had a double and a single bed, which was not at all ideal. Plus the WiFi code has not been provided. Other than this, lovely house, immaculately kept, and a very lovely location."

"This hotel stands out from all the others I've stayed at. Its six rooms beautifully merge medieval character with modern style. If you visit Northern Italy, I strongly recommend it.
