"The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "

"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"This place was extraordinary. It’s an historic property right on the lake. The woman that checked us in was so kind. She even escorted us to our room. "Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."

"This has to be one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a great big smile and enthusiasm from Werner. He was so welcoming and friendly we instantly felt at home. Also their included breakfast was the best we have ever had. It is a short stroll to the lake and all its beauty and excellent restaurants. We will recommend this place to everyone and if we ever return we will definitely stay there again but for a longer period. "
