Dieses Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm ist auch der private Zugang zum See direkt gegenüber. Die Lage des Hauses bietet viele Möglichkeiten für sportliche oder kulturelle Aktivitäten.Wir wurden vom Verwalter herzlich begrüßt, der uns auch ein paar Tipps für Restaurants gegeben hat. Bei der Anreise gab es eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung und später noch eine weitere als Entschädigung für eine Phase mit schlechtem Wetter. Vielen Dank dafür!Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser (überwiegend Kärnten) gemietet und in der Regel ziehen wir auf der Heimfahrt aus dem Urlaub Bilanz, wie das Haus einzuordnen war und ob wir es wieder mieten würden.In die Betrachtung der Unterkunft fließen beim Sommerurlaub u.a. ein: Aussicht/Lage, Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Baden, Wandern, etc.), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker/Supermarkt in der Nähe), Gaststätten in der Umgebung, Ausstattung (Küche/Garten, Liegen/Beschattung Terrasse/Garten/See), Erreichbarkeit „Vermieter/in“, Hundefreundlich-/tauglichkeit (Baden möglich, Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt etc.).Ich verzichte bewusst auf Kritikpunkte bzw. Dinge die besonders gut sind/waren, denn hier setzt sicher jeder andere Prioritäten und auch wenn wir die Unterkunft am Ende nicht mit „voller Punktzahl“ bewerten, hat uns das Gesamtpakt sehr gut gefallen und das Haus kommt auf alle Fälle für einen weiteren Urlaub in Frage (10/10 hat von uns bisher übrigens nur ein Skihotel mit direkter Lage an der Piste und drei Gault-Millau Hauben bekommen).Falls wir das Haus nochmal buchen, dann werden wir es aber sicher nicht mehr über die Buchungsseite fewo-direkt machen, denn der Umgang (bzw. keine Reaktion) auf Datendiebstahl hat mich schon etwas verwundert.

Toller und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Insbesondere der Kamin in der Unterkunft hat uns schöne Abendstunden beschert. Die Unterkunft hat auch alle Annehmlichkeiten die man benötigt. Die nähere Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten um beispielsweise wandern zu gehen oder im Sommer auch anderen sportlichen Aktivitäten nachzugehen. Der Hausverwalter hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Einzig zu beachten ist hier dass eine Durchgangsstraße ca 150 Meter vom Haus, an der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Sees,vorbeiführt. Der Verkehr ist aber überschaubar. Die meiste Zeit war es sehr ruhig. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen und kommen gerne wieder!

Suchen Sie eine top-ausgestattete wohnung in traumhafte Lage ? Nicht weiter suchen sodern buchen !

Ich hatte eine tolle Woche mit meiner Frau, meinen 2 Kindern und meinem Hund. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, besonders die große Veranda/Terrasse war angenehm. Dank der gut ausgestatteten Küche ist selbst Kochen/Grillen möglich. Wunderschön ist auch der farbenfrohe und gepflegte Garten. Innerhalb einer Minute sind Sie am Ufer des Brennsees. Schön warm im Sommer und sehr sauber. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden 1 Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Der Verwalter hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt was wir wissen mussten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an in diesem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles was man in einem Haushalt braucht war vorhanden. Mit den Hunden konnten wir vom Haus aus wunderbar Gassi gehen. Also, alles bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes, liebevoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus direkt am See. Super Ausstattung in der Küche. Genug Handtücher vor Ort. Ideal mit Kindern. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten tolle Tage. Ablauf der Buchung sowie Schlüsselübergabe war hervorragend. Danke für die Begrüßungsflasche Wein!

Sehr schön, mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Das Haus ist wirklich schön gelegen, fast direkt am See, sehr ruhig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Kärntens sind gut in max. 1 Autostunde zu erreichen. Dinge die man wissen sollte: - Entgegen der Aussage in der Beschreibung (Mai/Juni 2023) gibt es keine Ladestation für Elektroautos am Haus! - Es gibt sehr wenig Stell- und Verstaufläche in der Küche (alle Schränke sind mit Geschirr und diversen Utensilien gefüllt). - Sehr kleiner Kühlschrank, bei Selbstversorgung zu klein. - Der Hausschlüssel ist mit einem Apple AirTag versehen, man fühlt sich immer etwas verfolgt. - Beide Bäder haben nur eine Milchglasschiebetür ohne Schloss und mit großem Loch (ca. 5 cm) anstelle eines Griffs. - Im Garten sind mehrere piepsende solarbetriebene Maulwurf-Vertreiber installiert. Auf Dauer nervig. - Smart-TV ist zwar vorhanden, aber nicht ins Internet eingebunden (zusätzlicher WLAN-Adapter erforderlich), daher nicht smart.

Schönes kleines Häuschen

Schönes saubere Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Schwedenofen genossen, da wir leider 1 Woche Regenwetter hatten. Wir waren mit Hund da, da ist lediglich anzumerken, dass das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt ist. Hinter dem Haus ist nur eine kleine Mauer, die für größere Hunde leicht zu überwinden ist.

Schöner Urlaub mit Hund

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Schöne Terrasse, leider durch dichte Bewachsung am See keinen direkten Seeblick. Kurzer Weg zum Seezugung, der sehr schön angelegt ist und perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Der Vermieter und Verwalter vor Ort sind immer erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.

Entspannung pur

In dem idyllischen Häuschen im Feld am See haben wir uns rund um wohl wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Zugang zum See ist optimal. Man kann angeln, wandern und viele andere Sachen unternehmen. Vor allem haben wir die Ruhe genossen. Man ist in dem Haus für sich und hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Durch die gute Ausstattung beinhaltet es alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter und der Verwalter vor Ort sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in Feld am See. Wir hatten unsere beide Hunde dabei und das Haus war perfekt für uns. Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage und das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen und wir werden sehr gerne zurückkommen Lars

Tolles Haus. Sehr komplette Küche. Frisches Gemüse aus dem hauseigenen Beet. Alles sehr gepflegt und an alle Details gedacht. Der "hauseigene" Strand ist öffentlich zugänglich, aber es ist fast nie jemand dort. Netter Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Alles in allem 5/5. Aufgrund der Tallage verschwindet die Sonne leider recht früh.
