SON NEGRE - Traditional Mallorcan house with private pool - Free Wifi
This house is an authentic oasis of peace and tranquility in the middle of the countryside. It has a capacity for 6 people. It has large exteriors to relax and a pool that invites you to cool off. It is located in the special village of Son Negre, just 5.5 km away from Felanitx. The outdoor area of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool measures 4mx8m and has a depth between 1m and 1.85m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a veranda with table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your companions. The property is fenced and offers total privacy.
The interior of the two-storey house exudes authenticity and tradition. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels; the dining room is independent and can accommodate all the inhabitants of the house. The kitchen has a gas cooker, as well as a fireplace for colder days. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower completes this level. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, two with a double bed each and the last one with twin beds. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. An outside bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby complete the accommodation.
The house is located in the quiet area of Son Negre, surrounded by nature and with few neighbours. It is an ideal place for a holiday in a natural environment. The house of 200 m2 is on a plot of 14.700 m2 surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside. Nearby, there are paths for walking or cycling. The village of Felanitx is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more. The beach of Portocolom, the Natural Park of Mondragó, Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi can also be easily reached by car. Palma is only 46 km away, offering a wide variety of cultural and historical leisure activities.

Paradiesischer Ort.
Paradiesischer Ort. Ein alter (114 Jahre) Bauernhof, fast museumshaft. Hohe Räume, im EG fast 4m, viel Platz. Großer Garten, eigener Pool 8m x 4m. 3 warme Duschen plus 1 kalte Gartendusche. Zitronen und Nispero frisch im Garten. Die sehr warmherzigen Besitzer (knapp 80 Jahre) kommen gelegentlich zum Gießen der Pflanzen und Füttern der Hühner und scheuen Katzen. Die Hühner schlafen auf den Bäumen hinter dem Haus, der Hahn schreit auch manchmal nachts. In den hinteren Schlafzimmern kann es stören, in den vorderen nicht. Das vordere im EG hat ein Doppelbett, die 3 anderen je 2 Einzelbetten. Die Matratzen sind gut aber recht kurz (ca. 185). Meine Füße standen raus (ich bin 178). Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind sehr reichlich vorhanden, der Kühlschrank ist groß. Mit Gefrierfach. Es gibt Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Wir waren Reiten bei Rancho Jaume, im Atelier von Andreu Maimo. Die Bars Mel i Sucre und Da Ferreria können wir empfehlen. Alles 25min. weg.

Das Haus ist ein altes Bauernhaus, liegt tatsächlich in totaler Ruhe
Wir haben zu 4., mit 2 Kindern, 10 Tage im Oktober in diesem Haus verbracht u. uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ein- u. Auschecken verlief kontaktlos über einen Schlüsselsafe u. war so sehr flexibel u. angenehm. Das Haus ist ein altes Bauernhaus, liegt tatsächlich in totaler Ruhe, auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit kompletter Privatsphäre u. Feldern drumherum. Trotzdem ist man an allen schönen Orten der Umgebung in maximal 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken, ein paar Katzen u. Hühner leben hier auch. Einmal am Tag kommt jemand vorbei u. füttert die Tiere u. gießt die Pflanzen. Der Pool ist wunderbar zum Abkühlen, Schwimmen u. Relaxen. Draußen vor dem Haus gibt es genug Schatten, Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Zu 4 haben wir nur die untere Etage genutzt, es gibt aber problemlos Platz für 4 weitere Pers. in der oberen Etage. Es gibt 3 Toiletten u. 4 Duschen draußen u. drinnen. Die Ausstattung ist nicht die Neuste, aber ausreichend.
