old mill, restored and modernised, pool, quiet location

Finca Moli d'en Cavea, a 200-year-old mill, has been completely restored and modernised, while preserving various details such as the vaulted stone ceilings. The large country-style kitchen with an adjoining dining area is equipped with modern appliances and opens onto the garden. The living room, with its original vaulted stone walls and comfortable seating, stays wonderfully cool during the summer months. There are three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning with set operating hours ( 18:00 - 08:00 h). One of them features a double bed with a full en-suite bathroom. The other two are each furnished with two single beds and share a bathroom.

The garden features green spaces, a large fig tree, and shady palm trees. The large pool (9.5 x 4.5 m, depth min. 1 m, max. 1.80 m) with a terrace and sun loungers is perfect for cooling off and sunbathing. There is also a small open-air pavilion with a grill and dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, and a washing machine.
