Finca with private pool and beautiful countryside views near Son Macia. The Finca Son Cladera Petita for 2 people + 1 child has a lovely garden and terrace area and is only a few minutes away from Manacor. The beaches of the south-east coast are only about 15 minutes away.

The finca Son Cladera Petita is located in the picturesque valley of Son Macia. The small village Son Macia is at approximately 3 minutes driving distance, its small market square is a popular place to meet in the shade of the trees and enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner in one of the restaurants or cafés. The next larger village is Manacor, which is at approximately 5 minutes driving distance. The busy pedestrian zone offers boutiques, restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities. The finca is a good base for excursions to the beautiful beaches and coves of the South-East coast (approximately 15 minutes by car) or the long bay of Alcudia in the Northeast (approximately 30 minutes by car).

The Finca Son Cladera Petita has a living area of approximately 140 square metres on one level. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bedroom with two single beds has a separate bathroom with bathtub and shower. Sehr schöne Finca

Die Finca ist sehr schön und mallorquinisch. Die Lage war für uns etwas zu abgelegen. ( Kein Bäcker fussläufig zu erreichen). Bei der Ausstattung hätten wir gerne ein paar gemütlichere Sitzmöglichkeiten ( Stuhlauflagen, Sets oder Decke für den Tisch) gehabt.
