Country House 'Can Menut' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
A completely renovated 16th century manor house on a huge estate of 305.000 m2. It impresses guests with its tranquillity, privacy, space and beautiful views of the mountains and the nearby village of Ca's Concos. The property consists of a magnificent 3-storey house (with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms), a separate annex flat (with one bedroom and bathroom), an outside bathroom for the swimming pool and two garages. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room, a TV room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor: an independent living room and three bedrooms with their respective three bathrooms and on the first floor a beautiful bedroom with bathroom and terrace, with spectacular views. With capacity for 10 people. Additional services include high speed WiFi (suitable for video calls) in several spaces for teleworking, air conditioning in all rooms, heating in the main area, washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV. The large private outdoor area has a swimming pool and outdoor shower, garden, open terrace and covered terrace with large barbecue. There are 3 or more parking spaces available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Parties are NOT allowed.
Air conditioning for all rooms has an additional cost (electricity cost) and will only work at night from 22.00 h to 08.00 h in the morning.
