This old village house is more than 200 years old and was completely renovated in 2011. The house is located near the centre of S'Horta and about 4-6 km from the beaches of Cala Ferrera, Cala Sanau and Cala d'Or.

    Ground floor: Entrance through a beautiful terrace leading to the living room with satellite TV, a traditional kitchen with fireplace (decorative only) and a pantry, a bright kitchen (4 ring electric oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster) with dining area for up to 6 people. A stone staircase leads from the kitchen to the terrace, where you will find a beautiful furnished terrace (approx. 30 m²) with a small garden. Reservations for groups under 25 years of age are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in non-admission at check-in.

    The house (approx. 120 m²) has a typical rustic style and is spread over two floors:

    Here you will find numerous small coves with various beaches. For example, Cala Ferrera or Cala Sanau. Cala Ferrera is ideal for families with children with its fine sand and crystal clear water, while Cala Sanau offers beautiful views. The cove has a bright sandy beach 50 metres wide, almost entirely surrounded by limestone cliffs and pine forests. The golf course "Vall D'Or" is about 3 km away. It offers 18 holes of medium difficulty, dotted with numerous bunkers and surrounded by olive and pine trees.

    Upper floor: Here you will find a shower/toilet, a toilet with washing machine and iron, and two bedrooms (two beds 150x190) with radiators. The pretty little village of S'Horta is located in the southeast of Majorca, about 1,5 km from Calonge, about 4 km from Porto Colom and about 5 km from Cala D'Or.
