Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Tolle Aussicht, aber erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und ServiceDie Unterkunft hat Potenzial und der Meerblick ist wunderschön. Allerdings liegt das Haus an einem Abhang ohne Strand. Leider merkt man der Wohnung an, dass sie lange nicht gepflegt wurde. Für den Preis sehr enttäuschend.Bäder & Hygiene: Von 2 Bädern war das untere unnutzbar (Wasser abgestellt). Im oberen Bad war der Duschabfluss extrem mit Haaren von Vormietern verstopft – das Wasser lief sofort über. In der Dusche zeigten sich ebenfalls Schimmel, Kalk und Seifenreste. Die Wohnung war insgesamt unsauber (Dreck am Flurboden, Schmutzspuren an Türen/Möbeln, unhygienischer Toilettenbereich).Küche & Ausstattung: Geschirr/Besteck war dreckig. Der Geschirrspüler ist so verschmutzt, dass Gläser dreckiger herauskamen als sie reingingen. Der Backofen (ohne Umluft) braucht ewig. Wir mussten per Hand spülen.Fehlende Erstausstattung: Trotz Zusage gab es weder Toilettenpapier noch Müllbeutel oder Spültabs. Wir mussten direkt einkaufen fahren.Service: Die Ostsee-Cards waren auf einen falschen Namen ausgestellt. Der Vermieter war telefonisch nie erreichbar – selbst unter der Notfallnummer nahm am Abreisetag um 9:30 Uhr trotz mehrerer Versuche niemand ab.Fazit: Schöne Aussicht, aber unsauber, schlecht gewartet und mangelhafter Service. Wir haben für weniger Geld schon deutlich bessere Wohnungen gebucht. Keine Empfehlung.
