It features two bedrooms, a living and dining area with an open-concept kitchen. A special highlight are the two balconies, which offer a breathtaking view of the sea as well as a view across the fields to the cliffs.

The apartment was recently completely renovated and refurbished and is modern and well-equipped with the latest technology. It is bright, quiet, and offers plenty of space. The smaller bedroom features a bunk bed (90x200 cm), a closet, and access to one of the balconies. The mattresses are high-quality Emma mattresses. The second bedroom features a large upholstered bed (180x200 cm) with equally comfortable Emma mattresses.

The interior shower room has also been freshly renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cookware, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, ample storage space, a filter coffee maker, and a mini-oven that includes an air fryer and a microwave.
