The apartment is located right on the waterfront. From the covered balcony with a beach chair, you enjoy unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Watch surfers and kiters in the bay and experience maritime life up close.



About 65 m² of living space are spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The converted attic features another bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a small sleeping alcove for a child, and a second bathroom with shower and washing machine.



The living area is equipped with a sofa, TV, and dining table. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and all essential utensils. Wi-Fi and a private parking space are available. In the basement, you will find a coin-operated washing machine and a bicycle storage room accessible from outside.



Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can bring your own or have them provided per person for an extra charge via the booking platform.
