The apartment features a spacious living and dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a stereo system, a flat-screen TV, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a hallway. The entire apartment has laminate and tile flooring. The master bedroom also offers space for the provided cot and highchair for toddlers.

Fresh bread rolls for breakfast are available at the café in the holiday complex. Underground parking (duplex, maximum vehicle height 1.50m) is provided, and there is a separate storage room for bicycles and surfboards. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also located in the basement of the building.
