Als Urlauber fand ich das Abholen des Schlüssels sehr schlecht und unnötig kompliziert. Die Box ist winzig (5×5 cm) und im Dunkeln kaum zu finden – das macht den ganzen Prozess wirklich schwierig. Allerdings möchte ich betonen, dass die Online-Beratung und Hilfe sehr nett und gut war. Der Support war freundlich und bemüht.

Unterkunft hätte jedoch etwas besser sein können (z.B. Ein Wasserkocher und für die folgende Kaffeemaschine war es schwierig auf der Insel Kaffeekapseln zu bekommen). Weiterhin war ein Kinderbett nicht bezogen, dafür aber das komplette Erwachsenen-Bett und es fehlte somit ein Bettlaken, was leider erst nach zwei Tagen gebracht wurde.
