Overall decent. Got a free upgrade for a bigger room (small suite) but the layout was a bit odd and i was expecting better interior design from a five star hotel. We didn’t went to the complimentary spa so couldn’t comment on that - remember to bring swimming suits if you want to enjoy that perk.

If I were able to give 10 I would. BRAVO BEST WESTERN for not deviating from your excellent standards across Europe. Each and every BW we stayed in had the same excellence.

-Friendly, multilingual and very responsive, superbly considerate and kind staff. Tremendously welcoming Reception. Helpful and collaborative would be an understatement.
- Extremely close to the train station, 5 mins tops!
- Reception area is well designed. A wet bar, and a lot of sitting room, lemon water, cake available if you need to wet your throat.
- Great breakfast !!
- I would stay at this hotel again and again.. Thank you.
