House is at a great location just 3 minute drive from the center of town. There is convenient covered parking right next to the house. The house was clean, lots of towels, good beds, nice kitchen, nice bathrooms, functioning washer/dryer, functioning gas grill on back patio. The air conditioning/heating unit worked very well. We particularly enjoyed the screen-porch in the front of the house.There was an issue with hot water in the main bathroom shower; the water failed to get luke warm even after running the water for at least 15 min The other bathroom and kitchen had sufficient hot water. There is a lack of comfortable furniture in the living room , with just one fairly uncomfortable couch and some folding chairs. Furniture on the front screened-in porch is also fairly uncomfortable.
