This was a great property for our family (with small kids and a dog) for a long weekend to New River Gorge NP. The house was well equipped for us all. The kitchen had all the basics needed, a small charcoal grill on the deck, a firepit with firewood, a restaurant style highchair for our 1yr old, basketball game and foosball table for the 5yr old, basic supplies like dishsoap, laundry soap, papertowels, tp and whatnot. We really only had to purchase food. This was an excellent value for the and close to all the parts of the park we wanted to see. The only thing I'd suggest to others is that if you have a dog that bolts, the gate to the yard was broken so the fence doesn't really contain them. Was a nonissue for us as our dog sticks close to us. We will definitely stay here again!
