    A PLACE WITH PURPOSE

The Oasis Ranch is the vision and heart of Pastor Gina Russo, founder of Broken Chains Ministries. Her personal journey through hardship, healing, and faith—shared in her memoir, Broken Chains—inspired a place where others can find encouragement, renewal, and room to breathe.

Today, Gina serves as a minister, chaplain, and recovery coach. The ranch reflects that calling: a sanctuary rooted in faith, hope, and restoration.

Whether you’re visiting for a family getaway, a weekend with friends, or a meaningful reset, you’re invited to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation and a slower pace.

Our prayer is simple: that you leave lighter than you came.

    CONNECTION, AT YOUR COMFORT LEVEL

Every guest experience is unique, and we follow your lead when it comes to interaction. Pastor Gina lives nearby and, as her schedule allows, enjoys connecting with guests through conversation, encouragement, or prayer. If you’d like to meet her during your stay, let us know—we’re happy to help coordinate.

Our team is also available for questions, local recommendations, and help planning your time in Fayetteville. We love helping guests truly Live The Locals Life.

    BOOKING DETAILS

This listing reserves BOTH Freedom Reigns Cabin and Grace Cabin together under one booking. The cabins are separate accommodations on the same ranch, each with its own living spaces and amenities. Each cabin may also be rented individually through its separate listing.

MAKE YOUR GATHERING EVEN MORE SPECIAL
Planning a family celebration, work retreat, or meaningful gathering? The church/chapel at Broken Chains is also available to rent separately, offering a special space to bring your group together during your stay. Contact us for availability, pricing, and event details. Chapel rental is not included in your cabin reservation.
    A LITTLE LOCAL HOSPITALITY—AND A LITTLE MUTUAL RESPECT 🤍

However booking platforms evolve, our approach stays steady: thoughtful hospitality, comfortable homes, and treating people well. We hope you’ll arrive as a guest and leave as another local friend.

We have never asked our guests to complete a checkout chore list. No stripping beds, starting laundry, or spending your last morning cleaning. You’re here to enjoy your stay, and our local team handles the turnover.

Your cleaning fee pays for normal cleaning, laundering, sanitizing, and preparing the home for the next guests. It also supports hardworking local people and their families, whose time and care make these stays possible.

In return, we ask for the everyday consideration you would show in a friend’s home: clean up your spills and food messes, put trash in the provided bins, respect the furnishings, and let us know promptly if something breaks or needs attention. These are ordinary courtesies, not a checkout chore list.

Normal signs of a well-enjoyed stay are expected. Excessive mess, damage, and careless treatment are not.

We’ll take care of the hospitality. You bring the kindness. That’s Living the Locals Life.
