Third time staying at this lovely home. It's got everything I want and need. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and perfect location. Home away from home!
Charming Stone Cottage VRBO brings Family Together
My Father (the eldest sibling) passed away. Some siblings had not seen each other in over 11-40 years. I have found that some people will not travel and stay in a hotel — so I was very lucky to find this charming friendly VRBO which was all it took to get some of the siblings together again. We LOVED sitting around the large dining room table and catching up. We rarely ate out — we had group meals around the dining room table. It was an amazing time of love, sharing memories, and laughter. The rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for large meals. Thank you for helping to make my Dad’s funeral a wonderful reunion occasion.
The location is great. It is located 1 block from the downtown square. We had a small hiccup after we checked in and it was taken care of immediately. It’s a nice quiet place to unwind and disconnect from it all.
Great property right in the heart of town. Will definitely stay again, host was very helpful and quickly responded when I had a hard time with the wifi
You cannot beat the location of this house. It was close enough to walk to the coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. The house has been kept true to that of a mid 1900’s stone cottage, but the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated so that they are useful. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a stay that was pleasant for our family. The host was easy to work with. *also the neighboring houses were cute and it was on a safe street.
Very clean property conveniently located near downtown Fayetteville. The house has everything you need! The checkin process was very easy and Pat was very responsive and easy to reach. This was our second time staying in this property and we will definitely stay here again!
The house is lovely, beautifully furnished with most everything we needed (though a tea kettle would be welcome!) It's very convenient, which was useful as we had a lot of business to attend to in town.
Fayetteville is a delightful town...I've been coming thru here my entire life but first time to stay in the town itself. Highly recommend this property!
This is a beautifully appointed yet homey cottage. Cozy for a couple or spacious enough for a large family or group. The location is perfect, on a lovely residential street of well maintained homes, within walking distance of the quaint town square of Fayetteville. We had a problem with the furnace and the manager was very quick to remedy the situation with an alternate heart source and the
Seamless checkin process. Pat was so responsive, almost immediate. A perfect location for us and had all the comforts of home. Clean and tidy. Appreciated the coffee and filters although we bought some and left ours for the next group. We would absolutely recommend and would stay again. We are cat people so enjoyed the neighborhood kitties who didn’t bother anyone but we happily fed the grey one who we named Fireball.
Thank you!

Had a great stay in Fayettevlle and enjoyed this rental property. It was very clean, nicely appointed ( nice kitchen!), a lot of room, and everything we could need. Thanks again!
The property is great with a late 30's early 40's architecture. The original details of the home are left in tact with some modern upgrades. The owner Pat is very easy to work with and is responsive to inquires. If I need to stay in Fayetteville again, this will be my first choice.
Pat was wonderful to deal with. We had to postpone our initial reservation due to covid restrictions and he made it a breeze. House is in an excellent location and vary spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!
We were in town for your daughters wedding and found this property to be perfect. Everything worked, good
Wifi, well stocked kitchen and amenities. Good walking neighborhood close to the charming downtown "square".
Great Stay!
