Great Communication!

Our stay was really nice! The concerns we did have when we first arrived were taken care of very quickly and to our satisfaction! Christine is friendly, helpful and accommodating! The house was in a good neighborhood, we felt safe, very nice home to stay in!

Spacious home

Super spacious, more space than you think from images. Allot of wear and tear through out the house minor things, dents in wall scratches and pen marks. Only 1 tv, is a camera on property and in foyer area, no privacy. Owner advertises event are allowed but doesn’t disclose how much or that there is an event fee. Unlike others properties on here. Great communication, owner was polite. Offered 200$ event fee, went down $50 for minor inconvenience

Wonderful Experience

The house was lovely and spacious. We have stayed at 3 different places in the Fayetteville area and this was way above our expectations. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. We travel a lot and I would list this property one of our top 3 stays. We plan on staying here again, when in the area.

Clean and as described

We had an overall good experience staying at this property. It looked exactly as the photos shown. The only negative comment I’d like to mention is there are cameras completely surrounding the house which made it feel a bit less private and like our own place. k

better then expected

Let's start of with the location....great! House...comfortable and clean and very spacious! Bedrooms are large and so is the kitchen and living room,2 bathrooms is a plus! My son is about 400 lbs. and at first we weren't sure about the stability of the beds but he slept in the room across from the bathroom and he slept comfortably. We weren't planning on having anyone over or staying at the house during the day time, so the outside wasn't needed. I would stay at this house again and highly recommend it, especially for the price!
