Our only problem was our room was charged for drinks from the bar that we did not order. I called the hotel and the girl we spoke with was very rude. She did end up removing the cost of the drinks, but did not remove the gratuity and other charges connected to those drinks. "

"We have stayed there four times. We always get a room with the jetted tub. The last time we stayed, the water was not hot and the refrigerator was not working. The desk clerk said that he would tell maintenance who would deal with it after we checked out. Occasionally we find stains on the towels and wash cloths that make us not want to use them. Otherwise, it’s convenient, fairly clean and the beds are comfortable. The coffee is good and the breakfast is well maintained by a delightful chef....
