-No parties or events.
-Max Cars: 3. This property offers on-street parking in front of the house for maximum 3 cars. It does not offer off street parking, please plan accordingly.

The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking (or within 24 hours for stays checking in within the next 7 days) to avoid cancellation:

- Sign the rental agreement.
- Submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation.

Please note:

Your door access code will not be activated until the signed rental agreement is on file.
Once these items are received, your booking will be fully confirmed.

Pets:

-Unregistered pets are not allowed on the property
- Pet-friendly accommodations are provided seasonally (November-March), with approval. Owner must pre-approve pets. Send us an Inquiry before booking with pets.

Important:

For your safety, this property is equipped with one exterior security camera. Camera 1 is positioned at the front door, facing the side yard and street. This camera has outward views only and does not capture interior spaces. They activate recording of video and sound when triggered by motion.

-We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, power outages, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
