The shower was not draining. We had to shower in a dirty puddle. I have reported the same to the hotel authorities, I expected a better experience after spending so much money. Would like to request a refund.

This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting.
