"This place is neat, clean, and convenient to Rogers, but the amenities are sorely lacking and we were going to be charged for extra towels?! No one was at the front desk most of the time. Customer service not great, but hotel served its purpose for Arkansas Graduation. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The indoor pool was a good temp, there was an attached patio there to step out without dripping thru the hotel. There was a semi covered patio area with a picnic table & 2 grills. Unfortunately, other patrons had decided to use the grills for an ashtray. The butts did not appear to be very weathered or high in number. I feel like these are cleaned regularly I just happened to be checking things out before they made it there. Our room was clean, the bed was a little firmer than we prefer, but they were not bad."
