"I accidentally booked the wrong room type that unfortunatelly had no easy wheelchair access hotel staff warned me about it saying that to get into t6e bathroom requires a bit of walkinwith a step over a small threshold. I thought I can handle an we checked in walking into the bathroom wasn’t that big of an issue but neither the shower or the toilet had grab bars which made using these facilities very challenging for me. It’s totally my fault fit not investigating it more before accepting the rom.otherwize it is a great hotel and the rooms are spacious andwell appointed with a very comfortable bed.we stayed at this hotel multiple times before and had a properly equipped wheelchair accessible room. I eould recommend this hotel to other as it is actually very nice and I will book to stay there again in the future."

"This was an our second time here and it didn’t disappoint. The service and especially the housekeeping is exceptional. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The pool is lovely although there isn’t much shade to escape the sun. The area is quite remote with only a few small restaurants nearby but transportation elsewhere in Phuket is easy and inexpensive.
