Cozy Summer House Near Beach & Nature

Welcome to a holiday home full of charm and history, which has been in our family for almost 50 years. The house is filled with atmosphere and happy memories – a place where generations have enjoyed holidays, nature, and time together.



We use the house ourselves as a holiday home, and over the years it has been continuously improved while preserving its original charm. A modern bathroom has been added, and in 2025 a modern air-to-water heat pump system was installed. The house is approved for year-round use, is well insulated, and has double-glazed windows, making it comfortable in every season. As the house is older, the ceiling height is low at approximately 174 cm (5 ft 9 in), which is worth noting.



Outside, you will find lawns both in front of and behind the house, with plenty of space for games, relaxation, and outdoor activities. The south-facing terrace overlooking the garden is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and the view of the fjord, which can be glimpsed through the trees. The garden is filled with fruit trees, creating a cosy and private setting.



The house is located in the small village of Risgårde, peacefully situated with no close neighbours. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks along the fjord and a tranquil natural setting.



It is 8 km to Farsø with its shopping centre and supermarkets. Trend, with its larger beach, mini golf, and Vitskøl Abbey, is about 5 km away. The Ertebølle Stone Age Centre is approximately 6 km away, Rønbjerg Water Park is 16 km away, and Kollerup Beach on the North Sea is about 45 km away.
