Couldn't see out the window it was so dirty. Housekeeping was great! Breakfast was marginal. Expected more from a Hilton partner, won't stay again."

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever been given. The bathtub had what appeared to be human waste and hair in it, the toilet seat had urine on it, bugs were inside the light fixture, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. We also paid for a Premium Room upgrade that advertised upgraded bedding and snacks which were not provided. The stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana and the hot tub we specifically booked for closes at 9pm and appeared poorly maintained. Completely unacceptable. Photos of these conditions have been documented."
