"Pictures do not represent what you get!! Very deceiving. Hotel needs a remodeling!! "

"The outside of the building, mainly the balcony walkways to access the rooms are rather rough. The room itself was in pretty good and clean condition. The door had a chain latch, the deadbolt didn't seem to work. The beds were comfortable. There was a small microwave and a coffee maker. I didn't see a refrigerator. The bathroom was adequate and pretty clean. It advertised a breakfast, but it was extremely minimal. There was coffee, orange juice, cereal and some muffins. The best thing is the convenience of location if you are doing anything on the NE side of Knoxville. Easy on and off Interstate 40. The zoo is just minutes away. The price was reasonable. Not a place I would book for a vacation, but a suitable stop for the night."

"Room was clean, breakfast was just cereal and muffins, staff wasn't super friendly, air conditioning worked well. "

"The room was very clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and all the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location to the airport is extremely convenient as there is a covered walkway leading from the airport to the hotel which is a quick walk away."

"I like that there was a store to buy gifts in lobby. I like that there was a Starbucks in lobby and a restaurant on first floor. What I didn’t like was the Elevator broke down when I was in it with some other people and I got scared but we all were able to get out and told a worker what happened and he was able to bring us to our appropriate floors on his elevator. That night the elevator got fixed and it was fine the next day. All and all I loved the hotel and would stay there again."

"Dumpster under my window was dumped at 3:00 am with truck making repeated loud beeping sounds. Poor insulation between floors making footsteps above loud. "

"It's okay for the most part could be cleaned better. Rooms aren't always stocked with necessary items. Laundry is always broke. Breakfast is little to none half the time could add some fruit toast or even cereal."

"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. Had a great visit and would definitely recommend this hotel. Bonus - SUPER close to the McGhee Tyson airport!"
