At your disposal you will have 1 triple room, 2 double rooms, each with bathroom, complete with bath or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other room with "French" bed and toilet service, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and lounge.

Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation.

In the garden:

you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to have lunch in the open air or simply to read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity.

Dependance:

Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "cook on the grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; cook available on request.
