"I was anxious travelling for the first time with two young children and lots of luggage, Sorrin at the front desk was just superb at taking care of us and putting us at ease, he helped us with the luggage to the room, and booked us a taxi to the airport the next day, he was so calm and collected and made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxing."

From the moment we arrived and were given an upgrade to a really nice room, to working out in the really great gym, to the delicious breakfast with one of the better omelette chefs around.
