What`s Included:
• Fresh linens and towels
• Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, body soap/shampoo, and hand soap stocked on arrival
• Please bring personal care items (toothpaste, etc.)

• Direct access to High Bridge Trail State Park — hiking, biking, and horseback riding
• Downtown Farmville`s shops and restaurants just 10 minutes away

Guest Access:
Self check-in with smart lock. Each guest will be provided with a unique Access Code.
• Check-in: Smart lock will automatically grant access at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out: Smart lock will automatically revoke access at 11:00 AM.

Other Things to Note:
• AWD/4WD vehicle strongly recommended during winter months — the road to the cabin can be steep and slick in icy conditions
• No washer or dryer on-site — pack accordingly for longer stays
• We treat for pests every 3 weeks from April through October. That said, we`re surrounded by 27+ acres of untouched woodland — you may encounter bugs, flies, spiders, and the occasional wild critter. It`s part of the experience.

• Guest must complete pre-arrival ID verification including damage protection selection via our digital guest portal.

• Guests must be 21 years or older to rent. Guests under 21 years old must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are strictly prohibited.

• Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday to Sunday.

• Speakers are prohibited from being used to play music at any time, including outdoor spaces.

• Shoes are not permitted inside the cabin.

• Indoor smoking is prohibited; a fine of $300 per night will be imposed.

• 8 guests maximum. Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.

• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning delay.

• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
