The beds are like laying on a cloud. The pool area was super clean although the jacuzzi was closed which was a total bummer. But. The area, property were clean and most of all, it felt safe!!

The main reason i booked this place rather than a few other options i had was for the hotub and when i arrived it had caution tape around it. After a long day of hiking i was looking forward to the hot water. I wish i would have known in advance. Other than that the stay was great. Smelled really good , clean , good breakfast ,staff.

Truly one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in for the price. Staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Pool heater was broken, pretty cold, but we enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was fresh and a good variety each morning. Lobby and eating area was spacious and very clean. We will come back for sure!

Room was clean but I could hear everything happening next door and in the hallway. Ice machine was downstairs and took me a while to find. I asked for more tissues and never received them. James was great when I checked in. At breakfast, I listened to two female employees complain about his work ethic the entire time I was eating. No one present at checkout. Just a fish bowl to leave keys in.

Nice hotel... VERY noisy though.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The doors are soooo loud though! It was hard to sleep the first night because the door just slams off and on all night. Night two, I put a towel down in front of the door which helped keep some of the noise down. I also played some music low, so I could sleep a bit better. That was also helpful. I was in room 101, but my friend was in room 104, and had the same trouble. The breakfast was nice! Most continental breakfasts are not great, but this one exceeded my expectations. It wasn't gourmet, but it was very good for an "included" breakfast.

Front desk staff was friendly. Computer issues resulted in only one room key available for a while until they brought a second key. Pool and hot tub were out of order, much to the dismay of my 14 year old son that wanted to swim after a day of driving. Exercise room had only two of six ceiling lights working and the temperature was 81 even though the thermostat was set at 50. Breakfast was okay but certainly can get better at HI Express. Only reason I didn't ding the review worse was because the actual room was good, clean and beds were comfortable. I'd find a different place if I was in the area.
