Good value for the price. The carpet in the room smelled a little bit and there were smokers right next door so it smelled im our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty large. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again if in the region.

The receptionist was very helpful and turned the heat on before we arrived so we didn't have a cold room.

Horrible banging loud noise in room 3 the entire night- front 10 pm-4am or later. Thought of calling 911. First thought of a domestic disturbance. Miserable stay.

The room was huge with refrigerator and microwave. Great shower, friendly welcome. And two restaurants right next door. Close enough to the thruway. Would stay again no question. Great value.

We drove up for a concert at CMAC. This was 1 of the few places available under 200.00 left to rent. We were pleasantly surprised how clean our room was. It was perfect for our needs which was just to crash for the night and drive home. Location is about 10 miles from CMAC so plan for extra drive time.

Very friendly staff! Premises smelled very good. Very clean rooms and bathroom in good condition. Air conditioner trickled out weakly and did not cool the room, even on high. Besides that, the place was clean, quiet and affordable.

Comfy and warm
Prior to booking, I read some reviews that mostly said the owners were very friendly. After staying I wholeheartedly agree. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely stay again.

NO ANIMALS ALLOWED!
This motel is NOT pet friendly. We were traveling with a service dog and they were outright nasty about it. If i hadnt booked through hotels.com I would not have stayed. The room was clean but in need of updating. Overall, pass over this one.

Five star accommodations at a very reasonable rate
Our stay was amazing. We were conveniently close to the venue where we saw Santana in concert. The desk staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean thru out. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

thank youyes we dont have a breakfast but we do have a diner next door as well price reflect.yes ice is available 24 hours and you do have to go to office it has easy excess.we can not have out side ice because of freezing temp in winter time.thank youfor your comment.

The place was pretty clean, although for a non smoking room, it sure had a smoke smell. The bed was pretty comfortable. The property was in a little rough condition but I expected that with the name budget. The walls were thin so we could hear what was going on next door. The neighbors tv could be heard all night long. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They released us from our last night that we had booked.

There really wasn't anything to like about the property itself. It was underwhelming but suited our needs. The bed was dirty and was told it was a bleach stain on the blanket but it washed off so it was some white substance, who knows what it really was. Toilet was hard to flush and paper thin walls. It was a mistake to stay there. Woulda gladly paid 50$ more a night

The staff was friendly. I felt safe and comfortable here. Bathroom was very good. It wasn't upscale but very good for a budget hotel. Also very clean. I switched hotels before this one and happy I did so. All staff was very nice. Again, if you have expectations that this is an upscale Hilton, please evaluate. For what you pay for this is better than expected. Location was good too. Knowing this was AAA rated made me feel better . I'd stay here again.
