"Overall a nice place to stay. The location makes it easy to drive to town - less than 5 minutes. Andrew was very helpful and easy to deal with. My only comment is that all the wooden floors are very noisy so once one person is up for the day, everyone is up for the day."

The location is great for bike riders because a large park is directly behind this home. The street is quiet and secluded. Our 24' motorhome fit perfectly in the driveway."

We liked it so much we have already booked another visit. The artwork was great and it didn't hurt that the fishing was the best ever."

The house is well stocked with everything you need except for condiments which seems standard after Covid. The deck overlooking yard is a great place to relax and BBQ."

"We had so much fun at this cool Farmington house. Great for families. The backyard was wonderful and was good for our family dinner. Nice touches throughout the house and enjoyed the upstairs room/space. We will stay here again next time in Farmington. We walked everyday to the downtown area for shopping and meals, awesome location. The hosts were great!"

"This was my second time staying at the property. It’s a perfect little sanctuary, close to everything and has everything you need. The location is great, has off street parking, and a private fenced back patio. I’ll definitely stay here again when I next travel to the area."

"We had a great stay in early November. There is a shooting range close by, lots of public property for hiking, fishing and just enjoying the amazing views of SW Colorado. The home is all on one level with lots of room for a big group. The manager Danielle was very responsive and everything was as advertised."

"This block in Durango is quiet, with locals waving and saying hello as if you lived among them. You get to see the stars, hear the trains, see the deer/elk wonder through town, with the ease on parking close to the cottage. The home is adorable with any amenity you need. Our 3 week stay had us wanting to stay longer. Great host!"
