"We go to this property about twice a month and usually have no issues, but this night the hotel was fully booked and we spent about $50 more than we are use to.
Tthe room we were given had an A/C unit that was broken. It was only blowing out of 2/3 of the capacity as fans inside the machine were broken and the temp wouldn’t go below 72 (on a humid night) when it normally can get to 60 in those rooms. Around 7 pm we contacted the front desk about leaving and getting a refund and they said for us to wait as they were going to send someone out. About 2 hrs later they had someone there and they replaced the entire unit and immediately the room cooled down. This was about 10:30 pm by the time the repair men left. 10:30 pm. $170 for a night where I didn’t get to relax until 10:30 pm.
Called the manager the next business day about getting a free night due to the incident and they said “we stayed, so we can’t give you anything.” The issue I have is my wife and I attempted to get a refund and leave earlier in the night and they told us they couldn’t do that yet the manager said that because we stayed, they can’t honor a free night due to the issue we had. This is not ok. They lost a loyal customer from this. Don’t treat your customers like this."

"The bathroom ceiling was broken looked like there might have been a water leak from room above . Also damage to bathroom wall on left side of bathtub. Blood on comforter. Woke up in middle if night and killed a bug of some kind. Disappointing breakfast. Dog in opposite room woke me in early morning.Great location."

"It’s an aged property and the swimming pool was murky. Hot tub was warm never got hot. The cleanliness is the most important part and that it was!! Breakfast was typical, met expectations. Staff was very friendly and cost was reasonable."
