"Pros: conveniently close to historic area and good variety of restaurants. Cons: the room at the top of the building, there was no air conditioner and no fan, and the temperature was over 40°C / 100°F+. I went downstairs and explained this problem to the manager and he said he could not turn on the air conditioner due to a royal decree. They told us that we could go out and return at night and open the window: we did and the noise was unbearable. We could not sleep well, and they did not attempt...

"Hotel was a pleasure to stay in with nice size rooms and beds very comfortable. The room was super clean offering coffee and small fridge was a bonus. Shower had nice water pressure. Staff were very nice and helpful speaking many languages. The only issue we had was the Air conditioner didn’t really work very well. It was not even hot temps outside but it got very warm at night so we tried AC but nothing was coming on so we had to open window to try and cool room down unfortunately cause of that...

"Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency"

"Absolutely perfect location, right next to the river and the big square where the basilica is located. Not the most quiet room I've ever slept in, but that's to be expected as there were a lot of festivities going on in the city. Comfortable room, friendly staff and great, varied breakfast buffet."
