Our stay was very pleasant and amazing. Atef, the Manager/owner, looks after really well. He was very hospitable, humble and very polite and very helpful as well Staff was extremely helpful, polite and gentle and very good at customer service. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to eat every morning. Room was big and very spacious, nice, clean and tidy Nice indoor pool. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel. Overall it was a very good hotel and our stay was pleasant

Hotel/resort with huge swimming pool.

The hotel/resort is easy reachable along the highway from Tirana to Elbasan, within 5 min. walk of shopping mall TEG, and the Tirana East Gate busterminal. It has a huge swimming pool with slides and plenty sunbeds. The hotel undergoes restoration work. The rooms are outdated, general maintenance is poor, but ok for few days. Staff is ok, but seems to be bored.

A perfectly okay stay

Cozy hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Very good pool area, both indoors and outdoors. However, there wasn't wifi in the room, but there was a weak signal in the lobby. Good restaurant, with wide selection. Some loud music in the restaurant. The hotel is next to the highway and to get to other restaurants or shops you have to take a taxi or walk along a busy road and cross a couple of roundabouts and highway exits. Not so child-friendly.

Amazing stay

This hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived they made it feel like our home. On arrival they gave us a free welcome drink and then asked what room we would like. They explained the hotel was being renovated so if we want the newer rooms we would be spread apart but if we took the older ones we would be together. We took the older rooms and they were spotless and still in great condition. The pool was also great especially being open 24hr. The food on site was fantastic with fresh food being delivered to us along with their home made wine. The hotel was faultless and me and my 6 friends had the best time when there. A taxi to the centre is around £7 and takes 10 minutes. There is also a big shopping centre just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be returning.

The staff are so friendly and approachable. The room was average in size and cleanliness. The hotel is occupied with large indoor and outdoor pools which have 24-hour access. Free car parking was available. Location is away from the Tirana city centre though all access was nearer to the hotel such as shopping mall bus terminal taxi availability. Room service was poor, as our broken room light had never been repaired until we checked out despite it being reported. Free breakfast was included in our itinerary, but they agreed to serve it only after I contacted the Hotels.com team. But they served a lush continental breakfast every morning
